Our agreement with you

TERMS OF SERVICE Last Updated: 31 March 2026 1. NATURE OF SERVICE Auto Advise Solutions Pty Ltd provides a lead generation platform. We act solely as a facilitator to connect independent Vendors with potential Clients. 2. NO LEGAL ENTITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 2.1. Platform Only: The Company is a lead generation entity and is not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between a Vendor and a Client. 2.2. No Affiliation: We are not directly affiliated with, nor do we employ, any Vendors using the platform. Consequently, we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcomes of any services rendered or products sold by Vendors. 2.3. Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Auto Advise Solutions Pty Ltd, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or legal disputes arising between Vendors and Clients. 3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS 3.1. Fees: Vendors agree to pay a non-refundable subscription fee to access lead generation services. 3.2. Forfeiture of Funds: By using this service, the Vendor acknowledges that subscription payments may be forfeited in the event of a breach of these Terms of Service or the Company’s internal Rules and Regulations. 4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION 4.1. Facilitation Role: While the Company is not legally responsible for Vendor-Client interactions, we may, at our sole discretion, choose to facilitate dispute resolution to maintain platform integrity. 4.2. Vendor Obligation: Vendors are required to make a good-faith effort to resolve Client disputes. 4.3. Burden of Proof: If a dispute arises and a Vendor fails to provide sufficient evidence to substantiate their claim or fails to engage in the resolution process, the Company reserves the right to suspend or remove the Vendor’s account. 4.4. No Refunds: In the event of account suspension or removal due to unresolved disputes, "no confidence" findings, or lack of Vendor cooperation, all remaining subscription balances and fees are strictly non-refundable. 5. LEGAL PERUSAL 5.1. Amicable Settlement: If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably via the Company's facilitation, the Company will cease involvement. 5.2. Independent Action: Any further legal action or "legal perusal" must be conducted directly between the Vendor and the Client at their own expense. The Company will not be joined as a party to such proceedings. 6. ACCEPTABLE USE & COMPLIANCE Vendors must comply with all South African laws, including but not limited to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) regarding the handling of client leads. Failure to do so results in immediate termination without refund. 7. AMENDMENTS The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 8. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
