PRIVACY POLICY Effective Date: 31 March 2026 1. INTRODUCTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY Auto Advise Solutions Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "the Company") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our Vendors and Clients. All personal information collected through our lead generation platform is treated with the strictest confidence and processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). 2. INFORMATION VISIBILITY AND ACCESS To ensure the effective operation of our lead generation and dispute facilitation services, information visibility is restricted as follows: Administrative Access: Full access to all user profiles, transaction data, and communications is restricted to authorized Company Administrators for the purpose of managing the platform and facilitating disputes. Vendor Information: Certain relevant business information (e.g., name, services offered, and contact details) will be visible to Clients during the sign-up and lead-matching process. Client Information: Information provided by Clients (e.g., contact details for leads, comments, and reviews) will be shared with the relevant Vendor to enable service delivery. Dispute Information: In the event of a dispute, relevant information provided by either party will be shared with the opposing party and Company Administrators to facilitate a resolution. 3. RETENTION AND USE OF DATA 3.1. Retention at Discretion: We will retain, use, and save user information at our discretion for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by South African law (e.g., for tax, audit, or legal defense purposes). 3.2. Statutory Periods: Under the Consumer Protection Act and other relevant legislation, certain records may be retained for up to 7 years or longer as dictated by business practice and legal framework. 3.3. Purpose of Use: Information is used solely for generating leads, maintaining account security, improving platform services, and resolving disputes. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing use. 4. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS In accordance with POPIA, users have the right to: Access: Request a record of the personal information we hold about them. Correction: Request the correction or update of inaccurate or incomplete information. Objection: Object to the processing of their information on reasonable grounds. Deletion: Request the deletion of information that is no longer necessary for the original purpose, subject to legal retention requirements. 5. SECURITY SAFEGUARDS We implement appropriate, reasonable technical and organizational measures to secure the integrity and confidentiality of personal information and to prevent loss, damage, or unauthorized access. However, users acknowledge that no online platform is entirely immune to security risks. 6. DISCLOSURE UNDER LAW We reserve the right to disclose personal information if required to do so by law, a court order, or if such disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or the safety of our users. 7. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if they believe their rights have been infringed.
